Due to the current tariff situation between Canada and the United States, along with recent changes to U.S. import requirements, all shipments must be sent through a private courier. Orders entering the United States may be subject to additional tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and shipping carriers based on the products and their country of origin. Charges may change at any time and are outside our control. As a result, we are unable to estimate or guarantee these costs in advance.

Please note that all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, and import-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges paid at checkout. Shipments may be held by customs until the required charges are paid directly to the courier.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or fees, the order may not qualify for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional return-related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
