For orders shipped internationally, the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and other charges associated with the shipment or importation of the order, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

By placing an international order, the buyer agrees to pay all applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and other import-related costs associated with the order.

SWMT is not responsible for these charges and is not responsible for delays, holds, refusals, or other consequences resulting from a buyer's failure to pay applicable import-related charges.

Orders refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned because the buyer fails or refuses to pay applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related costs will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Returns and Warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranties are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, manufacturer warranties remain subject to the terms and conditions established by the applicable manufacturer.

Submission of a wholesale application does not guarantee approval or access to wholesale pricing.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete.

Wholesale accounts and wholesale pricing are offered at the discretion of SWMT. Wholesale pricing is available only through an approved wholesale account and may apply only to eligible products.

Wholesale prices, discounts, minimum quantities, product eligibility, payment terms, and other wholesale benefits may change from time to time.

Wholesale account credentials, pricing, discounts, and privileges are intended for the approved account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or used by another person or business without our authorization.

Approval for wholesale pricing does not exempt a customer from applicable shipping charges, taxes, tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with an order.
