At Swiss Watch Material & Tools Ltd. (“SWMT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. If you experience an issue with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we may no longer be able to cancel it. In such cases, the order may be eligible for return in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• An item missing from your order

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging (where applicable)

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error or a defective product, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.

3. 7-Day Return Policy

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and labels
• Be free from damage, wear, installation, or modification
• Be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or were shipped in error:

• Special order or non-stock items
• Custom-made or modified products
• Specially manufactured products
• Electronic circuits
• Batteries
• Capacitors
• Eco-Drive movements
• Electrical components once installed
• Cleaning solutions, lubricants, adhesives, and chemicals
• Consumable products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products showing signs of installation, use, alteration, or damage
• Products returned without their original packaging

5. Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold by Swiss Watch Material & Tools Ltd. are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Where applicable, warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures.

Swiss Watch Material & Tools Ltd. does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by applicable law unless otherwise stated.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as shipping the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

7. International Returns, Tariffs, Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed in connection with the shipment or importation of the order, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges may be imposed by governments, customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or other third parties and may be assessed before, during, or after delivery.

International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by SWMT or a confirmed defective product.

Orders that are refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned because the buyer does not pay applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other import-related fees are not eligible for a refund of shipping charges or such fees. Any additional return shipping, carrier, brokerage, customs, or handling charges incurred may also be deducted from any refund for which the order is otherwise eligible.

8. How to Return an Item

Before returning an item, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain return instructions.

When returning a product, please:

• Securely package the item to prevent shipping damage
• Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation
• Include your order number
• Include a brief explanation for the return

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing or may be refused.

9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any non-refundable shipping charges, import-related charges, or other applicable amounts permitted under this policy.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

11. Wholesale (B2B) Orders

Customers approved for an SWMT wholesale (B2B) account may receive reduced or wholesale pricing on eligible products.

Wholesale and commercial purchases may be subject to different return conditions due to the nature, quantity, or pricing of the order.

Special-order, bulk, custom, specially sourced, or specially manufactured products purchased under wholesale pricing may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or supplied in error.

Approval for wholesale pricing does not alter the buyer's responsibility for applicable shipping charges, tariffs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with an order.

Wholesale customers should contact us before placing large, bulk, custom, or special orders if they have questions regarding return eligibility.

12. Limitation

Swiss Watch Material & Tools Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy or that appears to be fraudulent or abusive, subject to applicable law.
