Genuine Seiko replacement capacitor designed for use with the listed Seiko movement calibers.

Charging Instructions:
After installation, kinetic models must be shaken or swung approximately 800–2,000 times to fully charge the new capacitor.

For solar models, the watch must be exposed to light for several hours. Some models require up to 5 hours of direct sunlight or a 3000 Lux light source. The watch should be fully charged before wearing again.
